S.Y. 2011 - 2012

IMPACT OF THE PROJECT
 
     Generally, the projects of the Research Club, especially the Invent School Program, enhanced the research skills of CNSHSians, as well as leadership skills. As said, the projects are done to leave by the club's mission, vision and tagline: To instill the core values and discipline of a true researcher to the student body of CNSHS; CNSHS as a center of excellence for student researches who unceasingly search, explore, and validate; Search. Explore. Validate. Hopefully, the students and the faculty of the school found the club's projects relevant and helpful.
 
     The club's aim to provide an organization for school's young researchers that can serve as their training ground to hone their research skills and at the same time, their leadership as well is hoped to be sustained with the club's projects this school year.


S.Y. 2012 - 2013

     In cooperation with Research Club, Science Club, Girl Scout of Philippines (GSP) and SALIW Dance Troupe, the Youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) held a Tree Planting and Caring Activity last June 30, 2012 at Cavite National Science High School.  This activity aims to help protect the environment in the simple ways the students can make.

      One hundred three members of the above mentioned clubs attended the movement on protecting the environment. Some members brought seedlings and the others brought the materials needed in planting. They are divided into twelve groups and the officers of the YES-O were assigned to be their leader.

      The participants planted  and cared trees in the Pharmacological Garden, at the back of the Fourth Year Building, at the back of the Chemistry and Physics Laboratory of the school campus. A total of thirty two trees were planted and twenty eight trees were cared by the students.
